    Hi Wonka, I am new to the forum here too, and a Canadian in Western Canada. Have you tried the Canadian Celiac homepage? You can join up a local chapter, there is a fee of $45 dollars for the first year, and 40 thereafter. I personally have not joined as yet, due to financial reasons. But, thats probably your best start in terms of finding people locally...
