    I went on a celiac walk on Sunday and won a huge basket of baking goods from cherrybrook kitchens: frosting mixes, cake mixes, cookie mix. Has anybody made baked good with this company? Is it good? Any recommendations? Looks like I'll be doing a a whole lot of baking soon!!!! LOL

    Thanks for all the tips..a friend of mine's mother just left for italy and gave me all of her schar products that she had before she left because she spends half the year in italy and the items would go bad..I have yet to find these items on websites..I think it is only sold in Italy and not imported. It is the duo lunch rolls and panini burger buns.

    I will be visiting Hartford CT in June for a weekend. So far I've found Carrabba's, Aleia's, and Ion Restaurant (vegetarian) with gluten free menus and I'm hoping knowledgeable waitstaffs.     I bought Trader Joe's brand All Natural Chicken (minimally processed, no artificial ingredients) fresh for the freezer boneless skinless chicken breasts with rib meat, contains up to 3% water. Why did they not change the name of the restaurant in those posts, maybe because they put cafe instead caffe?     why was the name of the restaurant i was writing about changed? I posted under the restaurant section to provide a review of this restaurant so others can enjoy a similar experience. Now it says I Love Gluten Cafe which is definitely not appropriate for this forum and could almost be taken as a nasty pun towards celiacs. Please change this. Thank you.

    I started drinking organic red wine with no detectable sulfites a few months ago. The brand is Frey. The San Giovese and Syrah are excellent and just seem to go down smoother.

    I think it means the same thing (thank goodness) Can you imagine if they said it does contain wheat? I would never be able to trust a company again! I guess the way they tell you the information is slightly different but along the same lines depending on who you speak with.
