    Would this apply to me as a person who is just trying to start the healing process? Or will red wine make more damage. As previously posted on another topic, My villi are destroyed and I have ulcerations on my intestines. I really enjoy red wine with my dinner and I know it has so many great benefits.     I use Wen Products and I really like the way they make my hair look and feel. The trick is to use alot unfortunately to achieve desirable results.     i just realized that even if I eat gluten free coldcuts - Boarshead, Thuman's Hormel, etc, that they will be sliced on the same slicer as everything that contains gluten.
