  3. Hi All, I would like my son to be tested by enterolab but his blood tests revealed he is IgA deficient. Will the tests done at enterolab show results or will this be a problem? I tried to email them but they don't make it easy. Thanks I appreciate any help, Lisa
  4. Hi Jean, I use Dove Sensitive Essentials. It's fragrance free, dye free, non-irritating, dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic and hypo-allergenic. I have allergic reactions to so many creams but this one seems to work. I use the day lotion. It's not expensive either. They have an 800 number on the bottle, it's 1-800-761-3683. I hope this helps...
  5. Thanks! I'm so glad I can use it again. Lisa

  8. MY son's endocrinologist said that my sons should be tested to see if they have the gene (s) for celiac and to ask the GI to do the blood test. When I called the GI she basically said there is no value in the test because it isn't specific enough. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks, Lisa

  13. Trudi, I forgot to answer your question about your daughter's skin on her arms. I think it's keratosis polarias, (spelling?). My 14 year old has it. It's bumps on upper arms. My poor son has the worst case the doctor has ever seen, he has bumps on arms, legs and all over his chest. I'm hoping it's just hormones and it will get better. They gave him...
  14. Hi Trudi, Vitiligo is the "michael Jackson" disease. He has no pigment in blotches on his hands, arms, legs and a small patch on his face. It's not horrible yet. I just hope it doesn't get worse. My pediatricians sent me to my GI for the tests for the boys. What I did was show them my prescription that the my doctor gave to me and she just copied...

  16. Thanks Tiffany! I needed to hear that. My oldest son and I are gluten-free. He went gluten-free 9 days ago, me 3 days ago. I just have to see about my younger ones. I have to talk to their doctor because I would like her support. I think my youngest is going to give me a problem but I'm sure once he feels better he'll come around. He is always running...

  22. Hi Cstrong, This is an uphill battle all the way isn't it? If you feel better off wheat then don't give up. I think you should find another doctor who will listen. I called Dr. Peter Green's office and he agreed to look at my son's slides from his 7/26 biopsy along with his bloodwork. He is IgA deficient and 115 IgG. He has been suffering for 4 years...
