  2. No take-aways! You'll be suprised how much indian food is gluten free. They tend not to use flour in their sauces. If unsure stick to the Pasanda or Kurma. Allways a sure bet

  4. As far as work goes for me. I'm "Captain Healthy" . We've got a Onestop a few doors down from us and all my mates go in there for lunch and buy absolute CR*P. I have sandwiches, with salad, fruit bars and only ever drink water. Stopped eating chocolate 1 year ago maybe with the odd easter exception.   5. I'm from the UK, so for London, Personally, I've never been to resturant that wont cater for me... Maybe in "posh" resturants they may not alter their dishes for freaks like us. But honestly, never had a problem anywhere. Supermarkets, the 2 biggest are Sainsburys and Tesco, they both have really good Coeliac/Free from ranges, so no problem for things...

  7. A healthy diet. Job Done. What you've done is destroy your Villi mainly. They could take a quite a while to come back to normal form but that's life. Don't bother with all the lotions and potions rubbish. Just eat healthy!!! It's easy.
