  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. I was almost ready to visit a hospital. I got very week. Tiredness is one thing. Dragging yourself around is another. Also I was very larthargic and depressed. Well, I started reading about the Ketogenic Diet on line. I had been google-ing my symptoms. Wrong Diagnosis.com is one place that scares me. The more symptoms you add to their search engine...

    ARCHIVED Very Confused

I think I need a doctor or a group in Phoenix. Last week was hard. I am gluten free now for about 2 weeks. At first I was peeing a great deal. I guess I had been retaining water. ARCHIVED Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is very good for me. It helps me in a number of ways. But I am new and not sure about anything. I just discovered that coffee and caffein are not good. And I pee so much and so frequently since cutting out wheat. I am using some glutten free products. Someone mentioned just doing something like Teff till the infection goes away...

  7. Well thank you. Yes, this has been going on a very long time. I do not have a doctor right now. It would be nice to get some health insurance. I was diagnosed with wheat allergies when I was a child. Have weird rashes. And no matter what...think I should be gluten free. I see by the test results you have printed that it is a good idea to get some...
  8. Thanks. I love peas. And a friend suggested Teff and quinoa...she loves them. I did go buy some gluten free products. I was so confussed as to how to eat. I am a vegetarian, so peanut butter sounds good, almonds...and any grain protein. I have lots of protein powder mixes...but now I am wondering about those. I am eating lots of salads...and I...
  9. I left Weight Watchers because all I could do is maintain. I go to the gym and try and diet but it didn't seem to help me. I have about 70 pounds to loose. Most people think Celiac disease means you are extremely thin. I am having a huge withdrawl...right now. Two days into gluten free. I just feel sluggish and awful. Don't know why. I do...
  10. Well, I get a product from Youngevity.com that helps with everything. Cherry Flavored Plant Derived Minerals. Also I take lots of B complex vitamins. It is great to be glutton free...but replacing all the minerals is so important. I also love the enzymes in the probiotic formulas Daily Essence and Nightly Essence. They were developed to help with...
  11. In addition to all the symptoms, I have a known wheat allegy since childhood, I have a skin rash called Tiena Versicolora, which is a patchy itchy skin fungus. I always have a high white blood cell count and I am diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I am too depressed to work. Don't have medical insurance so I am self diagnosing with 100% confidence. I just...
  12. I have found that adding chery flavored minerals from Youngevity help a great deal with cravings for carbohydrates. I am new to the diet and I notice I am loosing water retention weight. Nancy
