About Me
Ah...who knows what is wrong with me!! All I know is that I'm annoyed...
Dumb.
I have no clue what I have. I may or may not have Celiac. I found out that all the doctors I went to don't know much about the disease and I wasn't properly tested. One doctor told me to go on a gluten-free diet and I have been feeling better ever since. Although I still have joint soreness and pain. But that's ok for right now!
All my problems started after having mono two years ago, well maybe not started but got worse. I actually wish that I had a black/white answer because it would make my life much easier. Sometimes I feel it's all in my head and I've been called a hypochondriac way too much.

I had a gluten antibody test while I was so called 'gluten free' per the FDA, but in fact all grains have proteins known as 'glutens', so I was also reacting to oats, corn, and rice with corn being the worst. I also had to give up listerine because it was made with sorbitol a corn derivative and corn gluten contains 55% of a gluten called 'zien'. I have to make most of my own foods i.e. pickles, ketchup, vegan cheese, yogurt, etc. because most of that stuff is also contaminated with corn gluten or it is very expensive. I suspect you are true celiac and need to get rid of all the corn gluten like I did, most of my supplements had it too. There are 1,800 corn derivatives in products these days and those on traditional gluten free diets aren't getting better like they should because of this. I don't have a piece of paper proving ...
