At the moment, while I'm waiting to get my biopsy appointment through, my doctor has ordered me to eat gluten 'as normal' so the biopsy will show something. So I had to take the iron tablets prescribed as I could barely even get up and dressed as i had so little energy! I know what you mean though, and I'd definitely prefer to improve my health naturally...

I'm pleased to say my iron tablets have really helped - i've finally got the energy to do things! The only downside is that they make me so constipated. I even tried eating things with a high gluten content to see if it would act as a laxative! but it didn't Anyway, I haven't lost any weight over the last couple of weeks, but then i haven't gained any either...
