Anyone needed a find dining experience should consider the Gaylord Texan located in Grapevine. The waitstaff is knowlegable and most menu items can be served gluten free. This includes crab cakes and the lobster bisque. Our waiter Andre even brought 2 pieces of fudge for me at the end of the meal. Thanks Brent and company!

Lucille's on Camp Bowie Blvd. Closer to Arlington. Stay away from Rock Fish Grill in Southlake.

Thank you, I think I just needed my own affirmation. I also know how careful I am . Sometimes I think my nerves make the stituation worse or cause the IBS to kick in.

I have gained 15 lbs. since I have been diagnosed. How do you off set the weight gain? I am excercisng and don't use the gluten-free junk foods. Just rely naturally gluten-free foods for my diet, Will this weight gain subside?

Whenever I have been glutened, I have all the symptons including brain fog for 4-5 days. Then, when i think all is well it seems like I get fresh symptons. How long does it take for gluten to go through a body? I know I haven't been reglutened because I am extremely careful. I was diagnosed in May. Am I still in the healing phase? Will my reactions...

I am from Keller, TX. Was diagnosed in May. I am doing fairly well but have been glutened in restaurants which is very aggravating. Anyway, I do belong to NTGIG and have gone the meetings. Need to know safe places in Keller and Southlake.

I believe I got glutened by CC at a restaurant yesterday. I didn't experience symptons until the next day at around 9:00. It was brain fog. How long do symptons usually take to appear?

Boar's head products have gluten free deli meats. I ask the clerk to wipe down the slicer to prevent cross contamination. I usually get a pound and freeze for later use. Hormel and Jennio turkey are also gluten free.

I am in Keller and just recently attended the support group meeting in North Richland Hills. I have the gluten free diet under control but have been enjoying the allowed treats too much. I exercise at Curves three times a week. Need the support from friends to get my weight under control

What would you order at Pappadeaux and do they have a gluten free menu

I have been gaining since being diagnosed and can only blame it on undulging on some bad allowed foods. Count me in this journey.

Do anyones experience headaches even with being gluten free? I also gave up dairy and know I haven't been glutened.
