I threw up ALOT, and had constipation as well...it seems so many people have such a wide range of symptoms, that nothing would seem out of the ordinary. Sometimes I would get real sick after eating dairy products... I have heard many celiac's have lactose intolerance too. hope you can figure it out. Throwing up is awful I know. Julie -
why is it so many people have so many different symptoms. After reading others reactions, such as tingly feet and face sores etc...My issues have been mostly digestive and itchy skin related! Also, is it normal to feel bloated/yucky at first after eating gluten free bread..ive been trying to limit my gluten free products intake ( I really enjoy a good sandwich...

Thank you all for the suggestions, advice and encouragement. They have been so helpful, and very encouraging to read about people dealing with the same issues. I made a big mistake today and had yogurt that was not gluten free and lovely itchy rash broke out my arm. I think maybe this is all part of the learning process, but boy does it sometimes seem kind...

Someone said its not a good idea to replace all the foods I use to eat with gluten free ones because they are not that good for you...why is that? AND is it better to try and...
