    From experience with 2 kids exactly the same age as yours I gave my baby (now almost 8 months) gluten at 4 1/2 months old and continue to give it to him while breasfeeding too. I did hear about that window and my pediatriacian also mentioned to give gluten while still breasfeeding so I would give gluten to the 6 month old now while you are still breasfeeding...

    My 2 year old has been gluten free for 5 months and still has some loose stools. I asked his GI doctor a few days ago and she said its perfectly normal in toddlers.     My 2 year old has celiac and although some of my blood came back positive some came back negative as well as the biopsy. I consider myself to have Celiac too. My hisband doesnt have it and we're not sure if my 6 onth old has it. We are about 90% gluten free. My husband still has bread, cereal and beef jerky, lol. Occasionally he'll bring in a dessert...

    My son is 2 and has been gluten free since the end of August. He's doing great thank God. No symptoms and more whatsoever and he had them all and I mean all. I notice however at least 2 or 3 times a week his stool is very soft in consistency and has many undigested food in it.     I am an avid baker and am getting tired of spending so much $ at the health food store for the different flours. I have only been baking gluten free for 3 months and find I use rice flours and tapioca flours a lot. Are there any other staples I should order in bulk? I was also thinking of going to either Amazon or Bobs Red mIll and ordereing, is that good...

    My 2 year old and I were just diagnosed and I wanted to start buying flour online in bulk since I am an avid baker and he loves his baked goods. What flours do you suggest I get, the staples? And where should I buy them? Amazon, Bobs' Red Mill? Any suggestions would be great.

    we had a party this weekend and my 2 year old got glutened. the only thing we can think of were the balloons that he was suckking on. COuld that be it? Also are stickers and band aids a no no too?

    Some background 3 months ago my 2 year old was diagnosed with celiac. I tested positive with initial blood worrk, just got my biopsy results and I tested negative, my more indepth blood tests came back borderline - TTG IgG 2f, TTG IgG 7f IgG 14.4.     Oh Im curious what others say since my 21 month old was jsut diagnosed with Cleiac and will be starting some sort of daycare in Jan. I have been soo stressed over this and am holding off on any search because of my nervousness.

    My 21 old has celiac, I am in the process off getting tested. My 2 month old is extremly gassy and does not poop I have had to give him 3 suppositories to make him go in the last 3 weeks. Should I try to stay away from gluten for him just in case even if I dont have celiac or not? He is exclusively breast fed.

    Thank you all so much, I am going to try the smoothie idea with fruit. Should I force him to drink? Do I hold him down dn get soemthing in there or is that too traumatic although another hospital visit will be just as traumatic too.
