Are you still ingesting gluten? I get severe constipation when I eat gluten. It takes a long time, weeks to clear up. I know I have ingested gluten when I get c. It is one of my hallmark signs. I then have to be 100% strict and eat as much fruit and veggies and lay off the animal fat (meats and chicken) as I can until it clears. Any animal fat and rice makes... -

I'd love to hear how many of you guys have neurological symptoms? I've dealt with dizziness for as long as I can remember. Off and on over the years until one day I got dizzy and it didn't go away! Thanks for the reply. The second I recovered from the seizure the gluten free diet was back! My doctor was explaining to me about the malabsorption of the fat, but I just can't seem to get my brain wrapped around it. Is the malabsorption of fat meaning that my body is most likely not able to absorb fat soluble vitamins like A,E, D and k? Does this mean... -
