  1. Oh yeah, I'm totally amazed by this. I was talking at work about it and someone said "Well, she can still eat white bread so that's not a big deal". He thought wheat meant WHOLE WHEAT. I wasn't even getting into what gluten free really means in this conversation! s
  2. I am curious to know, if you don't get an official diagnosis, that either means you have non-diagnosed celiac or you are gluten intollerant right? What is the difference between the two? Is there a difference in symptoms or is it just the same and if it's just the same, why have the two terms? This is a follow up to the trouble I had with my sister yesterday...

  5. Good luck! Have you had him checked for candida? My daughter has trouble with her yeast overgrowth and when it is out of control, this can cause her to be depressed too. I am still learning about how the gluten may factor into everything but I wanted to mention the yeast just in case. s

  7. Hi, I am new and I hope I can post here. My daughter is almost 6 yrs old and she gets tested for Celiac on Monday. Regardless of the results of the test, her doctor wants her to eat Gluten Free/Casein Free due to her many symptoms.
