nothing has changed. My sister has the same thing and she doesn't live with me. I've been cooking for myself. Also I get nausiated so I can't really eat

It has been horrible for allergies in Chicago this summer. I've been gluten free for a year as of Friday! But although not have any gluten for sure...I've been having horrible GI problems as if I have been glutenized. So bad that I'm curled up in a ball. Benedryl seems to help aliviate some of the pain. My sister has the same thing at the same time....

I've been gluten free for 9 months and this year allergies are at a high. I was going well and feeling better until my allergies really have bothered me. I now have the worst IBS and haven't taken anything with gluten. Does anyone know if regular allergies can trigger your celiac? Help! Anyone ever had spotting and bleeding during intercourse and regular activity? I've gone to my doctor and had tests and tests run and all I can think of is I was just diagnosed about 3 months ago with celiac and have gone gluten free. I'm not in a relationship now, but on the pill and still get bleeding in the middle of the cycle! I love this weight loss...

I have heard that it is just fine. I'm in the restaurant industry as well as a chef.
