    I feel like I've checked everything very closely. It's feeling very discouraging.

    I have been gluten-free for about a month. Mentally Im feeling much better. In addition, no aches and pains and sleeping better. But my DH has become worse and my occasional mouth ulcers are here with a vengence. What the heck?

    Thank you everyone for your replies. I don't know how long threads stay around here but if it's still around, I'll post in a couple of weeks and let you know how it went. My in-laws are a bit sheltered. I think I'm the only person they know who has ever been allergic. To anything.
