is there gluten in tatoo?

Hi I'm off gluten since 6 years now... and still have a lot of problem with my digestion and i get very anxious. At every meal it feels like an elephant on my stomach i get nauseas and feel a lot of pain. When I eat only veggies I'm ok ... and at the night i can sleep I'm so afraid to feeling bad ... I wake up at every hours ... does anyone feel like...

I heard that eating avocado and beets is good because there's a lot of betaine in it ... do you know if we can open the capsules of betaine and put it in the food how much do you take?? thanks

Hi there, you are not alone ... this happen to me but under my eyes ... i look like a racoon ... itchy, dry and red ...it's kind of frustrating it's so hard not to have a little contamination ... isabelle

But there is a place in St-hyacinthe ... her little girl has coeliac disease and she opened a little boutique gluten free it's call Les glutineries there's one in brossard to, but the one in st-hyacinthe is a lot better. she has a web site www.lesglutineries.com...

thanks for your help ... i was wondering if my oven wasn't enough hot ... 1/2 cup of oil 1/2 cup of orange juice 1 egg 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1 1/2 gluten free corn mix 1 1/2 teasp. baking powder pinch of salt 1 teasp. ginger 1/2 cup of apple diced 1/4 cup of raisins ... and I put some apples on top .... there was a big hole in every muffin...

I do a lot of muffins recipes ... sometimes they rised and sometime they dont I dont understand why?? could somebody answer me ....
