  1. i don't mean to bring up old topics, but couldn't the topic creator use lactaid tablets?
  2. i mean you need that stuff mostly! including milk. i drink it and i don't get that tired, almost morphine feeling like i get with anything with wheat. and i don't get addicted. no stomach aches, no brain fog (mostly because im in a perpetual state of brain fog) no diahrea. (lol can't spell it right) and that carbohydrate thing makes sense but kinda of gets...
  3. are they ok? when something says "natural flavoring" or "modified food starch" should i flip out and worry and avoid it, even though im feeling terribly hungry? i read somewhere that most of america's modified food starch is from corn. could i be wrong, eating yogurt and peanuts and jelly on gross rice bread?
  4. i really want to have an offical diagnoses because i felt like such a weirdo avoiding pasta and chip dip and looking at the ingredient list like im monk. but do i have to make myself eat bread before i go? ive been gluten free for 4 days now...thanks.

  6. well i take this super b complex which has more than enough of that vitamin. and if seems like you can get that disease only if you don't eat certain foods and im being more sure of what i eat, except when it's at someones house i get worried that a crouton or a knife will get bread crumbs hidden in my food... if i keep gluten free the problems should go...

  9. im on my 4th day...of beinggluten free, when is this horrible, absent minded brain fog goin to go? and im having a really hard time catching my breath.
  10. like deli meat that is cut for you? like turkey and ham. i had a message to me that instantly made me paranoid, since the way i see it, once your glutened you have to "restart" the process. anyone know about it? thanks.

  17. ok here's how i feel: it's m 3rd day: i feel extremely emotional for some reason. noises seem very loud and lights brighter. i have a weird headache. you have no idea how much i want to eat just a little cracker! but i mostly want to eat globs and globs of bread dough. i actually want to cry. my brain fog is bad sometimes i feel like my brain is asleep or...

  19. do you mean taco bell or something else? and i have yet to come to any fast food that DIDNT bread their fish. lets face it , back when we had breaded anything, fish was better that way...again, how much is enough? im only on my 3rd day so i should watch out still.

  23. howdo i know if yogurt as cereal? i look in my meijer yogurt ingredients an it says natural flavors and starch. should i just buy that plain stuff made from just milk? i don't want to screw this up its only my second day.
  24. what does ppm mean? and my symptoms are mostly mental, im very hyper active, anxious, and my visions blurred, plus very sleepy/fatigued. so if i eat peanuts and on the bag it says "manufactured in a plant tha produces wheat/soy/dairy products" should i be worried about a crumb thats like almost invisible? should i be constantly worried about what i eat? and...
