  1. besides wendy's, who else has gluten free menu items? and another thing, i love gummy worms so damn much. do they have gluten? what run of the mill trick or treat cashier lane candy are gluten free? thanks.
  2. stay on the diet for sure!! you know its only been 2 days but i feel my vision is getting better and i don't feel as anxious. hmmm.... i wrote this in another topic but how much is enough gluten to set you off?
  3. i was on a gluten free diet a few days ago when i started but remembered i was takng this (get ready to lol) colon cleanser. besides a bunch of crazy herbs and stuff, i noticed it had licorice and oat flour. i was like " ah HA! caught ya!" my question is: stuff with gluten is everywhere. so i avoid said thing. but i need to get my vitamins and stuff, so...

  6. i was reading some other posts and im getting very paranoid over what foods could be causing what problems. i just want some answers, im very tired of looking over my shoulder for a diagnoses that is stalking my ego. your only allergic or intolerant of a food if you get like hives or bloating right? i also read on brain allergies, where an allergic reaction...
  7. um what you guys mean by "brain fog" matches this psychological thing called "derealization". which is what i feel alot. im gonna keep an eye out for gluten!
  8. hey sorry no one responded. im extremely impulsive, but mostly verbally. im just looking into reasons that isn't all my fault, since that's what i've been told forever.

Ok first off im not sure if i celiac disease, but i have had, most of my life, really bad problems with my bowels and a very odd addiction towards cereal, crackers, biscuits, and after reading Going Gluten Free for dummies, i probably was getting a little "loaded" off them. another problem since i was a kid was this ever present "brain fog" that really feels...
