  2. I'm in the same situation as I finally realized I needed to stop eating gluten about 3 years ago but I did not have insurance so I just stopped eating gluten and started getting better. Now I wonder if I made a mistake but I can't imagine eating gluten again just to get an 'official' diagnosis. I"ve accidentally injested gluten or gluten contaminated food...

The nausea, vomiting and DH are the bodies extreme way of ridding your body of the gluten but it's dangerous because you risk dehydration or a rapid drop in your blood glucose levels.
