My son cooked grilled cheese sandwiches (with regular white bread) in my Paula Deen non stick skillet. It has about three very small scratches in the coating, and up until now I wasn't too worried about them. Can I still use this skillet, or do I need to get another one? -
Love the new look. Really miss seeing the locations of everyone. This really helped me when someone posted about a store, restaurant, etc. that was in my area of the country.

I was diagnosed with osteopenia in my right hip today. Anyone know of any gluten-free calcium supplements? Do I need a vitamin D and a magnesium supplement also? I have a Wal-Mart and a health food store close by, but the closest GNC Nutrition Center is 30 miles away. I don't have medical insurance, so a Rx wasn't an option. I need an OTC. I'm a personal assistant/caregiver. Next month I am scheduled to stay in a client's home and provide round the clock 24 hour care. There is gluten everywhere in this house. I get angry too. Like when my kids visit and they order pizza. Bless their hearts, they eat it outside and won't bring it in my house, and that was their decision, not mine. I get angry when I have to go to the bathroom, because I practically lived in there for months and was just sick of looking at the bathroom. Or when I'm driving and I pass restaurants...

No possibility of crumbs. I live by myself and bake my own gluten-free bread, so there's no bread containing wheat in the house. And eggs don't bother me, so I don't think it's the Miracle Whip. Anyone else have problems with WalMart's Great Value products? The ketchup says gluten-free, but I'm wondering about cross-contamination. I ate some last night, and some Miracle Whip. I'm having a lot of nausea today, and making quite a few visits to the bathroom. I also seem to have problems when I use their vegetable oil, clearly labeled gluten-free....
