My Kaiser Docs ONLY tested TTG IgA and yet I took the Labcorp Comprehensive panel myself almost 2 years ago and only failed the DGA IgA badly at 10.4 with a 0-10 range. Has anyone ever found a way to test foods for the Gluten content. Lets say one has a set of foods that say they are gluten free but still having symptoms. It would be nice to be able to actually verify there is no gluten in a product I'm trusting. Thanks. I've almost stopped eating out and I'm careful. I can do better with cross contamination or oddball sources.
