    Mike No reaction to my hard shell bean taco. So what is at PF Changes? I love food like that and there are a couple in Raleigh where I live. So tell me what is good.

    I just talked to Yoplait and she said that they dont say gluten free any more, but she said to look at the ingredients and look for wheat ect. There will be no hidden gluten in the ingredients. Just look for all the grains we cant eat. It mostly looks safe so enjoy

    Does any one know if a bean taco with cheese, sourcream and lettuce from taco bell is ok to eat? I hpoe so because I already ate it. How about the the cinnimon twists.

    Thank you so much to everyone on here that listen to me whine yesterday. Now I feel like a big dope. I dont know what happend to me yesterday. I was tired and hungry and freaked out. My husband came home early to take me to Whole foods. I got some bread that was like eating poison. Even the ducks wont eat it!!!!!TRUE STORY!!!!! Any way I got rice checks...

    I went to Boston Market and got mashed potatoes , corn and green beans but when I try to eat I feel sick. Maybe because I havent eaten in so long. I just feel weird and dizzy. I know things will get better but right now I am in hell. I want to eat but I cant. I only weigh 115 now so i dont want to lose weight for sure. How long untill I feel normal and why...

    ok I think I might have it figured out. But why last week when diagnosed I was like ....no big deal. Now I am sitting here crying like a baby. What is wrong with me?     I was just diagnosed and I am lost. I cant even figure out how to use this site. I hope someone will get my message and help me.
