Hi, Being a newbie at this I am REALLY thankful to find this board and nice group of people. I havn't found a support group in my town, or even another gluten-free person. Hi, regarding your birthday cake search...I had my "koffee klatch" gals over today for the first time since going gluten-free. My turn, and I had to make a birthday cake for one of them!! Re: Dry eyes...(I'm trying to figure out how to use this message board)...It might be helpful to know that dry eyes are associated with low thyroid levels. I do have low thyroid, which is often paired with celiac (yep, got that too)...and an astute opthomologist once told me that the low thyroid was causing dry, redness in my eyes. I doubt that this is...
