  2. I've used the Gluten Free Allegro with no problems. I hope the label isn't lying to me!
  3. Watch the starches, sugars and sodium. Also, definitely go to the gym at least twice a week if you want to lose some weight.
  4. I've fallen into that rut as well...the whole "I'm going to binge today and do better tomorrow" routine. It is a vicious cycle that you should take care of asap...it could have really detrimental long term effects.

  6. Sleeping better can really change your life. When I started sleeping better, I was less moody, more energetic and could focus better.
  7. Same here with the tuna. I stick with the canned crab...its terrific.
  8. From the sound of your diet, I doubt you'll gain weight. If you work out, you might gain muscle but you won't add fat.
  9. There is definitely something to be said about the lack of stress.

  11. Stretch Island Fruit Leather is terrific. If she likes to imbibe from time to time, a bottle or two of gluten free Japanese rice beer is a nice gift as well.
