I was just curious if anyone could give me some ideas of a good complete digestive enzyme that isn't outrageous in price. I don't know exactly what for certain I can't digest, but sense that I could probably use a little help in all the areas. any help appreciated.

I have seen many people on these posts giving suggestions on alcoholic drinks that you can still have even with celiac disease. But I was wondering how many of you actually drink actively with celiac disease, and what you drink that has worked for you with no problems. I am 26 years old and used to drink beer on the weekends at social events and occasionally...

So are you saying that if someone tested positive on the blood test they are at or near the end of the disease? and what does that mean, what do you mean by end of the disease? I tested positive through prometheus blood testing. I also had a biopsy, and My GI told me I had a marsh score of 1 which he told me was good cause that meant we caught it eary, so... -
ARCHIVED Probably A Stupid Question
LandonL replied to LandonL's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
man, based on what I read in those articles, we could be in trouble even eating the gluten free labeled food available to us now, that scares the heck out of me. -
This will probably sound like a stupid question, but i'm going to ask it anyway. If we are supposed to treat gluten as "poison" (which I agree that it is, and we should view it this way) then why does the labeling system only require gluten free foods to contain 200 ppm or under to be considered gluten free. I thought any amount of gluten causes damage...

mushroom, that is exactly what i'm confused about, being new to this and all. Everyone talks about how everyone is different, and what each individual can tolerate. Is this the aspect that I should be striving for? what my body can tolerate? cause I have eaten out at chilis and outback from the gluten free menu a couple of times and not had "problems"...
