This is really interesting to me. I've been going through the same thing lately and I searched the forum for "no symptoms" and this came up. I have followed a gluten-free diet since November of 2007 and slipped up only a couple of times. On Easter, my boyfriend's mom made a dish that she's made for me before with corn starch and arrow root, but apparently...
