Anyone else have any suggestions on eating what?????? Just trying to find something that agrees??? Thanks! d
  2. Thanks to all who gave me advice! Since I went a year or so ago to a GI doctor and had an intestine check/colonscopy, scans, etc. etc.....no one mentioned Celiac this is why I am doubtful of their opinions (these were different drs.). This is when I went to the Allergy Dr. for food allergeries and as ravenwoodglass stated also was determined that allergic...

MY BLOOD TEST SHOWED I'M ALLERGIC TO WHEAT, RYE, YEAST, DAIRY, SOY, EGG WHITES, ON AND ON. DOES THIS MEAN I'M CELIAC????? HIGH IGG OF 348 DOES THAT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE????? 4. Almost same story as mine. Now that I look back at my records I've been sick on and off (3 month bouts) for the last ten years! I had all the tests you had, plus. But not to Celiac! This past year I had a blood test for food allergeries (if you haven't had done, do it) this has really, really helped me. All along I have been eating diary...
  5. Hi - so many good suggestions........basically my blood tests showed, among other foods that I am allergic to wheat, rye, gluten, dairy, egg white, and many more. With IgG of 348 Immune Complex of 173! I took the tests due to colan bleeding and being very, very sick for 3 months. Found out most of the things I was eating I was allergic to. Following...

  7. The Almond Milk is really good! I get the original unsweetened at Kroger's sometimes on sale for $2.00 you do not have to refrig. It's good for about 6 months. when on sale I buy all (12) one lasts me about a week. Use in everything. Better than regular! Good try!
  8. Hi - fairly new to the site. Been to various doctors w/intenstine problems, colan bleeding. When I look thru my medical records I have been seriously ill about 3 times lasting approx. 3 months each occurence! Had a lot of tests, but no food allergery until about 9 months ago. Showed up three * for wheat, rye, soy, egg whites, no dairy....on and on. Only...
  9. I've come to the conclusion that I too must change the way I have been eating. I have been "trying" to eat regular food (corn flakes bananas, strawberried, smoked turkey, flat bread) I was tested for food allergeries....wow! you get a booklet on how many your allergic too! If this is so, it amazes me that I'm still around after...
  10. Hi Matt - thanks for the advice! When I looked over the "booklet" quite extensive from my blood test food allergy not only am I allergic to rye, malt, barley, wheat, but also dairy, soy, etc. etc. I called up the Lab that analyzed the test and was told that if you eat the same thing constantly, (at least two - three weeks) and your tested.... in good probability...
