My brother has worked for IN-N-Out for over 20 years! We just recently found out that we have celiacs and of course I called him to ask...everything I read is correct, but there was one thing missing. In-N-Out is founded on customer service. If you let them know that you have a severe reaction to products containing gluten and ask that they use fresh gloves...
