  1. I think all of us can relate to you. I have been gluten free for over 7 years but I still now again find something new I react too. Carmel coloring is one big one and now diet anything. There are days i don't know if I want to cry or yell because as hard as I try, I still find new foods my body reacts to or try to venture out to eat and get sick. Ya, paid...
  2. Yes, everyone needs to read, read and read some more. Call or email companies. I think Butterball was one that is not gluten free.
  3. Yes. After trying mayny different things, I have come to realize it's the carmel coloring in soda. Yes, it causes me leg cramps and makes me hurt almost all over. I am so senitive now that diet soda is a no go too. Sure do miss a diet Pepsi. Jacqueline

  5. Hi Dani, Trusting eating out is not always such a good idea. I hate to say it but few people "get it" when you tell them you can not have gluten. Most people truly try, but don't understand to what extent it really means. When you are eating out it can be as simple as them using the same knife they just cut a sandwich with and use it to cut something on...
