About Me

I am a chef tired of trying to find Gluten free/Dairy free products that taste good. I finally decided this year to open my own manufacturing company. Which I have and am now producing Gluten/Dairy free pasta sauces right here in Gorham Maine. I have a web site www.cielosauceworks.com which is up and running and will be able to process purchase orders very soon! My products can also be found locally in the Portland ME area soon as well. These locations will be posted on my site as soon as they become available. I am hoping that I can make a significant contribution to the celiac population with my creations. I hope you enjoy! Ciao!

  1. Maltodextrins are easily digestible carbohydrates made from natural corn starch. So generally organic maltodestrin should be gluten free... however...I would question the organic spice... some spices have products added to them so they do not clump together....which could contain gluten...the only way you can really know is if you contact the company itself...
  2. Lisa; I am a chef that lives in Maine and was tired of trying to find quality Gluten Free/Dairy Free Pasta sauces....I too have tried Seeds of Change, Amy's and Vino demilo...needless to say, they left me searching. They were just horrid!. Tracey
  3. Heinz IS gluten free...it is now stated on their label! At least it is here in Maine! Tracey
