I printed out the recipe, but I understand that white distilled vinegar has gluten. It's made from grain. Just like Vodka. So, whenever I have salad dressings or sauces I ask what kind of vinegar did you use??? tucson.....

Hi, Trader Joe's has a nice brochure listing all of their gluten-free products, but it's hard when you are standing in the store to read it all. Now that no gluten is entering my mouth, I'm wondering about making dough for the family, not money, just bread dough! Is there a reaction to just handling the flour, yeast & other ingredients? I make pies and cinnamon rolls for my family, along with pizza dough. Anyone have reactions to this?
