    I have searched the internet for some information on disodium guanylate and insosinate. I have read these ingredients on many labels. I can't find them on the good or bad food lists. Does anyone know if they are allowed?

    Thanks for all your suggestions! I went out of town to Phoenix, Arizona and ate breakfast at a Denny's restraunt and did great! I had hash browns, eggs and bacon. No reactions and they were very accomadating.
