  2. Yeah I've been thinking about that . Though I don't know how successful these tend to be. Definitely worth looking into though.
  3. I work in a bakery as well and am currently looking for other jobs. I leave work everyday feeling worse than when I got there. The flour is absolutely everywhere, I don' think it's possible for us to to be too paranoid in that kind of environment .
  4. Maybe start with the $99 dollar gluten sensitivity test at enterolab, and depending on the results, decide if you want to do more testing. I believe it checks your stool for gluten anti-bodies.   5. I'm African-American and gluten intolerant. But somewhere far, far down my bloodline I have German and French ancestors from which I may have gotten this predisposition. Maybe not. But in the great melting pot that is the United States, you can never be too sure what someone's lineage is, even if they're categorized as belonging to a particular race.
  6. I get the same pain. Feels like a brick is shoved right under my ribcage on the right side. Doc said it was "probably just gas" , haha oh man. I feel a little nauseous as well when this happens. It goes away in a few days. Heating pads and hot showers help with the pain.
  7. Thanks for the responses guys. It's bit of a tough decision, but I'm already looking for other jobs and considering going back to school. It's gonna be rough in this economy, but we'll see what happens. I'm almost positive that I need to get out of that wheat-swamped environment before I can make any real advances in good health.   8. Hello all, Over the past 6 months or so, I was slammed with a bunch of symptoms, seemingly out of nowhere. Digestive, cognitive, visual, I mean, it was getting ridiculous.
