Hello all I'm from the Worcester area. I have been Gluten free for about 3 mths. It's hard sometimes but I just go one day at a time. -

I also have PCOS so getting pregnant is not easy. I sometimes could go a year w/ out a period, But since going Gluten free my peroids have been alittle better w/ less cramps and pain. My husband and I are going to try again next year. Hoping that after a good year we will have better luck -
