I have DD coffee daily and never have any problems. But a word of caution, I did get gluttened once and I think it was from the lid being put on by someone who had just handled the donuts. Now I always remove the lid before drinking and have only had a few spills lol.

The buns taste even better than gluten buns. I like the baguettes also. The only thing is there are 15 grams of fat in each bun and the baquettes are high also. I am guessing it is because of the mozzarella cheese. When I tried the buns the first time I ate three without stopping lol, they were so good. Now I watch and limit when I eat them but they...

I did buy a small bag of banana flour at an international grocery supermarket just off the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia last year. I made a special trip there to buy Masa Harina flour. I never knew what to do with the banana flour.

During a recent hospital stay I was served "tat's" or "tst's" bread from the gluten-free menu. I have tried to find a website but no luck so far. I'm thinking of contacting the hospital kitchen. This bread was very, very good, better than any I have bought.
