About Me

not yet diagnosed, but undergoing blood tests and have an upcoming biopsy/endoscopy

  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. after the biopsy and endoscopy on tuesday, i went gluten free. I am so happy I don't have to punish my body any more with gluten. I bought some Jarrow's b12 vegan, gluten free, soy free lozenges, 1,000 mcg. Hopefully I will be able to absorb these. Something interesting happened when I went for the endoscopy earlier this week. I wasn't supposed to...
  3. bahrbdoll, i noticed you listed this symptom..... -mysteriously upper back, shoulders & neck muscles constantly tight and cramped up (described in medical chart like fibromyalgia) i had the exact same feelings in m upper back, shoulders and neck. the muscles were tight and cramped, and it felt exactly like fibromalgia. after i was diagnosed...

I haven't been diagnosed yet, but more recently if i try to eat bran flakes (dry) or wheat (i'm forcing myself to in order to prepare for upcoming biopsy/endoscopy) I feel like i am digesting thousands of painful shards of slow moving broken glass.
  7. Worriedwife2009, I am so sorry to hear your husband is in pain. I am new here also, and am currently experiencing the same symptoms as your husband, specifically the stabbing pain in left abdomen, swollen stomach, upset stomach, and tingling in the extremities such as arms or feet or legs. I am going for an endoscopy/biopsy to check for damage to the...
  8. Hello Everyone! This is my first post here. I've suspected that I may be having gluten related issues for some time. I had blood work done to test for Celiac yesterday, and I'll be having an endoscopy/biopsy done in three more days. I noticed this thread focused on left side pain and had to respond. I'm 33, a female, and have been healthy my whole life...
