  1. I eat Bob's Red Mill gluten-free every morning. And yes, I mean every morning. I don't think it is giving me any problems and I don't know what I would do if I couldn't eat it for breakfast bc what other options would I have, I'm a very picky eater. I do on occasion have stomach cramps but...

  4. Does anyone eat Manuka honey daily? What benefits have you seen and is a daily tablespoon enough to see results? I have the 12+.
  5. I usually do about two hours after and get really sick to where I need to stay in bed for at least 4 hours. It usually hits me about an hour after eating. Not fun at all! It's probably best because if I just had diarrhea from eating wheat, I would probably cheat.

Does anyone know of anyone with Celiac Disease that is in their late 60's or 70 years plus of age? Just wondering if people with Celiac...
  10. Thanks! I will give that a try. I am still looking for the perfect pancake. Pam's is still number 1 but I haven't really tried many other recipes and Pam's is a little doughy on the inside still but is better than nothing. I have already tried cooking it at a lower temp. and longer but still...
  11. Ok, so I ended up using sweet white sorghum flour and not sure if this is why but I thought the pancake tasted like there was sand in my teeth when I would chew. Pamela's pancake mix is still the way to go!

  13. [quote name='donna mae' date='Oct 30 2007, 06:32 AM']Hi Mosaics: Thanks for the information. Sorry it's taken me a while to figure out how to reply lol... I have been doing hours of research... my gastroenterologist, told me whatever you "put in or on your body", will affect you...
  14. I live in Tampa, FL and just went to Dr. Feldman last Monday and he did blood work and since my tests came back pointing to celiac disease he scheduled me yesterday for a Colonoscopy which confirmed his diagnosis. His number is 813-972-2324.
