I started canning for the first time this year did the boiling jar thing don't know what it is called. Since have beed dignosed with celiac and was wondering if canning spices are gluten free what are you doing about that?

Recently I had blood work done and a biopsy of the small intestine. The lab called from the biopsy and said it showed that I have early stages of celiac disease. After waiting a month I called doctors office to find out what the rest of my results were and where I go from here. Interesting, my left finger is at the line of my ring finger and my right pinky is about 1/4 " shorter then the line on my right hand. I have Discoid Lupus, SLE Lupus and Celiac Disease. Hmmmmm -

This is something I would like to know the answer to also so please keep us informed if you go for second opinion. (Same blood work always say related to lupus now that been dignoses with celiac probably say due to celiac but they never do anything more) Good Luck -

I was told 2 days ago that I had gluten disease by the biopsy of my small instestine but no blood work back yet so I'm not sure where to go from here or if and when to start the Glutin free diet. But my stomach hurts everytime I eat and in bathroom with in 1 to 2 hours. They say I'll probably need more blood test done and from what I've read shouldn't go...
