Hello, I was talking with my family today and we were discussing Celiacs and the fact that I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.. I then became curious about it and was wondering if any other females here have PCOS as well? Could there be a connection? It affects my insulin levels and was thinking maybe something about that has to do with it? I dunno...

How strange, only caesar salads do that to me- must be the dressing! I get gurgly and INSTANTLY uncomfortable too. -

Oh my GOD! I had never had any of the problems with gluten or dairy UNTIL Accutane! I have been telling everyone that I just know the strain it put on my body is what brought on the Celiacs.. I even stopped taking Accutane before I was even close to being "done" with the recommended doseage! -
Any books anyone would really recommend to help with coping and getting on the right track?

I have been so frustrated with this weight thing. I was diagnosed as a Celiac less than a year ago. Before which, I never had trouble losing weight when I needed to..I could have cut out bread only and lost a significant amount of weight. It's like now that I am *trying* to cut out EVERYTHING containing gluten, working out 4 or 5 times a week- the weight...
