  1. I don't really know. I was told that the initial test that was done often shows false positives...then they have to look further and the second test came back negative. Trust me, I was freaking out! But, try not to worry yourself too much! My numbers have been all over the place for a few years; ranging from normal to way off the charts. Hang in there...
  2. I've been having similar issues with my liver. My Doc hasn't been too worried either. I was tested for hep C over the summer - there really isn't any possible way that I could have hep C, I don't work in a hospital - never had a blood transfusion - and am not a drug user. The test came back positive and they had to do more tests which ultimately came back...
  3. I've been looking through old posts regarding acne, and am not finding an answer that I am looking for. I haven't been diagnosed yet. I've had the blood test and was told that my number was right in the middle so it was inconclusive? Does that make any sense? I have an appointment with the GI next month but was told to go ahead and start a gluten free...
  4. I've considered having the lap band. I was on a DR lead diet for a while and lost a little weight, but seemed to struggle with every ounce. I was told that if I were to have the surgery, I would benefit more from the bypass just because I struggle to lose anything...even with strict calorie restrictions and daily exercise. I'm just starting the process...
