My boyfriend picked this up for me but i cannot tell if it is gluten-free ConAgra doesnt have a good list of gluten-free products to refrence?? The ingedients list soybean oil, beta carontene for color, but it also lists artificial flavor which is what worries me. To eat or not to eat that is my question????

Well this puts me in a bind as i dont believe they will do anything like seperating stuff for me, it's tough as EVERYTHING on thier menu is not celiac friendly at all. And the kitchen space is limited to one large room so seperating these items would be impossible...I'm in trouble ;-(
