  1. I just got an incredible deal on a membership to BJ's Wholesale club. I went last night and explored there are some amazing deals and i will save so much on certain items sadly i couldn't find alot of gluten-free items. Does anyone shop there and could advise what is gluten-free and a good deal.

  3. Thanks Everyone for the input. The brownie mix as King Arthur gluten-free and I use several of their mixes with no problem, I really thinks it's the oil. It just seems like it's hard to avoid as it's in m gluten-free earth balance butter, and many other of my gluten-free products. I'll try to find alternatives.   4. I to had issues with eggs when I was first diagnosed. For about a year I could not eat eggs or dairy. Eggs would have me doubled over in stomach pain. When I was first diagnosed a fellow celiac I know said to stay away from it, but while ingredient reading I noticed almost ALL of my gluten-free items made by gluten-free companies contained canola oil.   6. Just a quick question...I am newly diagnosed and just learning. If I buy organic products, such as tomatoe sauce, salad dressing, peanutbutter...ect and I can read and understand all the ingrediants would you guys say it's safe to eat?

  8. My boyfriend picked this up for me but i cannot tell if it is gluten-free ConAgra doesnt have a good list of gluten-free products to refrence?? The ingedients list soybean oil, beta carontene for color, but it also lists artificial flavor which is what worries me. To eat or not to eat that is my question????

  13. Well this puts me in a bind as i dont believe they will do anything like seperating stuff for me, it's tough as EVERYTHING on thier menu is not celiac friendly at all. And the kitchen space is limited to one large room so seperating these items would be impossible...I'm in trouble ;-(
