HOORAY! I LOVE Baja! I am glad to hear this so I can feel more comfortable eating there. I love it when I hear of companies working to make our lives easier!

I felt this way too when I first went gluten free. I was HUNGRY all the time, like I hadn't eaten all day. I think it was because my body finally could absorb all the nutrients it couldn't get before. Stick to good filling foods that will help heal your body, It will go away...it just takes time! -
I am possibly going on spring vacation to Disneyland...My mom and I are both celiac and were wondering if Disneyland is just as good as Disneyworld...any advice?
