I'm a 40 y.o. male and have been extremely sensitive to sounds, touch, even light when things are going bad for me. I know this is an old post, but maybe it will help others if you're not reading this PaulH. Now that you're 20, you can pursue medical marijuana, but as the other posters have mentioned, "DO NOT wait on a real gluten tolerance test and gluten-free diet."
