  2. It might help you to try the Katz Gluten Free Pizza crust. They're not crumbly, perfect size, and great taste as well! You might even wonna try their yummy challah rolls and honey muffins! I am not sure where you can buy them in your area but if you can buy it online or search through their store locator at www.katzglutenfree.com Good Luck!

  4. With all the carbs and sugar they put into gluten-free foods it is very well understood why we put up some weight. Especially in the beginning when I tried to compensate on all the food I can't eat by big gluten-free meals and goodies inbetween. And so i don't feel less privileged because i can eat whatever everyone else is and mine are good tasting gluten-free products.   6. Sounds like you know it all.... I am so happy to have tried the Katz Gluten Free line way back when I was initially diagnosed. I wouldn't be able to stick to the gluten-free diet without those Yummy products! The White Bread is fluffy and needs no toaster once defrosted which is a plus with gluten-free breads. The Challah rolls are tall enough for a sandwich...
