I just wanted to send this statement out there to everyone and anyone interested... I hope it's helpful! I hesitated about posting on this site for over a year now, what with Doctors posting here, and other "professional" people on the site. I'm not any doctor, or professional anything... I'm a person with Celiac disease though, and I'm slowly becoming a professional at that!
