  1. Thanks Peter. I knew cornstarch itself was okay but had always been told to stay away from the modified. Like you said though, some people have different tolerences then others.
  2. Maybe someone with more info can verify this but as far as I was told that modified corn starch or any other modified starch of anykind is a no no for celiacs. I myself cannot have modified corn starch at all as I react horribly to it.
  3. When I got pregnant with my first, I had no gluten issues and got pregnant after a couple of tries. My daughter is almost 7 and I found out I was celiac about a year and a half or so ago. I have been off birth control for about 2 years and found out this morning I am pregnant!!!!! I am sooooooo excited but very nervous at the same time as it has taken...
