I finally got a referall for a allergy specialist, I specifically want to be tested for food allergies to see if there is anything else I am allergic to. I have confirmed Gluten via testing and dairy via elimination. Is there a specific battery of tests that anyone can reccomend? I am not one of those patients who can just sit back and let the doctor lead...

I am finding that the longer I am gluten free the more sensitive I have become. I recently removed dairy from my diet after I didn't recover from a particuarlly nasty gluten incident. This is a great question. I wish I knew the answer. I finally convinced my mother to get a blood test for gluten intolerance which came back normal. I was shocked as my daughter and I both have it and based on my mom's history of health problems I am 99.9% sure that she has it as well. I plan to do more research on this topic. I wonder if the entrolab testing...
