  1. Please help. I've had a lot of health problems lately that I thought are getting glutened. I was diagnosed with gluten , dairy, and egg allergy 5 years ago through my natureopath and went off gluten and everything else. I immediately got better and decided not to go back on gluten to get further testing for Celiac. Now I am getting sick a lot and doing...
  2. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!
  3. I'm trying to source my gluten outbreaks and wondering if zig-zag rolling papers are the cause. Does anyone happen to know?
  4. I think you may be right about that. I've gone back onto just rice, no supplements or anything, and will start adding in foods to give me healing time and find out where it's coming from.
  5. YES I WOULD! He tells me last night that a crumb from him wouldn't make me sick - what!?! Some days he tries, others he seems to fight it ~ like the other day he threw crumbs from his cutting board into the sink all over everything in the sink, and me standing at the sink! Then last night he sees me super sick, our kid with my parents cause I'm too...
  6. They were frozen, but I guess I just can't do anything slightly processed while healing. It's such a hard time knowing when your better enough to eat things you used to. I've decided as I keep getting sick that I will go right back to the basic diet of brown rice, and start incorporating new foods one at a time. Right now I can't tell if somehow gluten...
  7. PS - I'm on day 2 of recovery and my husband cooked pasta at 6am for his work lunch. Now I'm in a gluten smelling house, sick, and I think feeling sicker from the smell? I aired out the house a bit as I could for January, but it still stinks! Just had to vent...
  8. Thank you all for your replies. I think I have to have more of my own cooking pots, etc. I've taken my dogs and daughter off gluten, so it's only my husband now. I have gotten sick 4 out of the past 7 weeks, and not sure if it's eating too much or the wrong thing too soon, or if I'm getting glutened? I've been on a gluten free diet for 3 years now, but...
  9. I have been sick about 4 times in the last 7 weeks, lasting 3-5 days at a time since New Years. I've been having problems off and on all Spring and Summer, and was much better in December. Prior to that, it was very occasional I would get sick. My husband has an area in our small kitchen where me makes his sandwiches, his toaster oven, and cutting...
  10. I too can't have dairy and don't have it. How can you tell if you got gluten in you again, or if it's a relapse? I also feel really sick, like glutened again, and extremely dehydrated although I've been drinking water for 2 hours straight - is that normal too? I'm so confused!
  11. I've had bad luck with CC lately and my stomach has been all over the place since. I was finally better yesterday, eating very lightly and unprocessed foods, and decided to have a couple tator tots with dinner last night. This had my stomach and diarrhea going all night, and all cramps this morning. Is this normal?
  12. Hi There - just wondering who the doctor you see in Vancouver is? I am in desperate need to find one in the Vancouver area.
  13. Freybe's is great! Never get sick and never had a problem with Kinnikinnick...
  14. I'm on a recovery after 2 hits of getting gluten in me this month, and WHAM! I'm sick AGAIN!!! I tried a new bottle of Greens powder (tried before in a different flavor with no problems) and right away it tasted off so I only took a few sips. It has wheat and barley grass in it. Next morning D, Cramps, in bed sick for 3 days. That's all I can think it may...
  15. Smirnoff is made from WHEAT! That was it- try Absolute vodka which is made from Potatoes. PS- I am recovering for Months too, and glad to hear that this is normal as I am panicking and doing a lot of tests right now with the GP and Natureopath. That made me feel better to read, thank you. Good luck! No more coolers
