  1. One thing can be said from all this. You just can't trust restaurants with our health. There is always a higher chance of cc than eating at home.
  2. If it says anything about being produced in a factory that produces wheat, I would stay away from that product. You can't count on others to keep things safe. They don't know or understand.
  3. Lately I have been getting gas and bloating from everything I eat and I have been gluten free for about 6 months. I started taking charcoal capsules last week and they actually take the painful pressure away. My stomach still rumbles and makes noises, but luckily our office is bigger. I guess I am still healing and hope someday this bloating with everything...

For the last 6 months, I have done quite well staying gluten free. I have...
  7. Try activated charcoal tablets. It really helps...
  8. Welcome to this forum. I will begin by saying that you should probably wait longer until you try that gluten free bread. I have been gluten free for about 6 months and I still can't handle it. You need time for your body to heal before introducing those complex foods to your diet. More gluten free recipes keep coming out, so maybe a good and simple one...
  9. I drink about 2 or 3 TBS of liquid magnesium citrate every morning and night. It helps get it through faster, and relieves the gas and bloating quicker.
