Does anyone know of a company that makes a finer grind of brown rice flour? In the past I have used Bob's Red Mill rice flours, but it is too gritty. Lately I've been using the white rice flour from the asian stores because it is finer. But none of the Asian stores I've been to sell brown rice flour. Hope someone can help. Thank you, Lorrie

Bob's Red Mill makes sweet rice flour. Or you can get it at an asian grocery store where they call it Glutenous rice flour. The asian variety is a finer grind so is less gritty. I like it better and it is cheaper than Bob's. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Does anyone use a coffee/spice grinder? I want to grind my own flax seed. I bought a Black & Decker grinder and after reading the instruction booklet, it said not to grind anything moist or gummy such as sesame seeds. Since I want to grind flax seed (which are similar to sesame seeds) I will need to return the Black & Decker. Any ideas what...

I received a Breadman Ultimate TR2200C for Christmas. I really can't figure out how to program it correctly for gluten-free breads. Also, can I use any gluten-free recipe in a bread machine or does it have to be a recipe designed for a bread machine? Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you, Loregon
